OPENING HOURS

Our opening hours for all services are:

Monday – Thursday
>  6am-8pm

Friday
>  6am-7pm

Saturday
>  8am-1pm

Sunday
>  Closed

STARTING OUT

On your first visit, one of our physiotherapists will conduct an initial consultation and ultrasound assessment, to identify your physical needs and discuss your goals and aspirations.

We will then design an appropriate program that suits your requirements. All Pilates classes are taught by qualified instructors, who will ensure you follow your individual program whether in a one-on-one or group class. This ensures you perform all exercises correctly, safely and achieve the best results. Healthcare rebates are available, with conditions.

CLASS TIMETABLE

We have structured our classes to provide you with flexibility and accessibility, whilst keeping class sizes small to ensure we provide personalised movements and maintain the highest quality standards.

For every class we recommend that you:

>  Wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom
    of movement
>  For your own comfort, do not eat heavily at least
    two hours before your session
>  Bring a towel, a pair of socks and a drink bottle.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We appreciate as much notice of cancellations as possible, as this makes it easier for yourself and others to reschedule.

We require at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend a session. Due to schedule demands, we regret that we do have to charge 100% of the class fee for cancellations made under 24 hours in advance.
