PREGNANCY PILATES

> 1 hr
>  Group classes
    (max 6 people, for women from 4 – 38 weeks
    of pregnancy)

Led by a physiotherapist, these classes help pregnant women improve their posture and prepare their body for birth. We adapt this program to the weekly changes in our clients' bodies, and teach specific techniques for breathing, positions for labour and exercises for home to ease those aches and pains.

No assessment by a physiotherapist is required before you start, unless recommended by your medical practitioner or our instructing physiotherapist feels you require more personalised attention.

Pregnancy Pilates will help:
>  Ease aches and pains
>  Improve flexibility and build strength
>  Prepare the body for labour
>  Improve postpartum recovery
>  Correct posture and alignment.
