MUMS AND BUBS PILATES

> 1 ½ hrs
>  Group classes
    (max 4 people, for mums 6 weeks post-partum
    and their babies, up to 9 months old)

We invite you and your baby to join other mums in our welcoming studio to get your body back into pre-baby shape.

After an initial assessment, one of our physiotherapists will design a personalised program based on resistance training that our instructors will teach you in a group setting. The exercises use all of our equipment, and we also involve your baby. We’ve also allowed extra time to give you the flexibility to care for and feed your baby throughout the class.

Mums and Bubs Pilates is a safe, supervised exercise program that will help new mums to:
>  Lose pregnancy weight
>  Improve postpartum recovery
>  Correct posture and alignment
>  Re-strengthen the core and trunk muscles
>  Improve sleep and alleviate fatigue
>  Enhance physical and mental well-being.
