Our physiotherapists incorporate Pilates in all rehabilitation and exercise programs for our clients.
Before you start a class*, our physiotherapists will assess your body using ultrasound to identify your physical requirements and discuss your personal aspirations. They will then design a program that details specific movements and equipment for you to achieve your goals.
We offer a range of classes to suit your needs, and are open 6am-8pm to give you the flexibility to include Pilates in your busy routine.
