Manique Herath

Manique graduated from the University of Queensland in 2004 after completing her Masters of Physiotherapy and her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science. She has worked in private practice in Brisbane since graduating and gained extensive experience in sports, musculoskeletal, pre and post natal care and general rehabilitation.

Manique has trained with Stott Pilates and the Pilates Institute of Queensland and has found pilates a valuable adjunct to her physiotherapy management of clients. She believes in a holistic approach to physiotherapy and has continued to undertake further training in western acupuncture and dry needling to broaden the scope of her practice. Manique’s special interests include pre and post natal rehabilitation, the management of sports injuries and general rehabilitation of acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries.
